Pre-packing your home is the foundation for preparing your home for sale. Pre-packing does more than give you a head start on moving day. Pre-packing ahead of hitting the market will help a buyer visualize themselves in your home. A thorough pre-pack will also make the preparation of showing your home a breeze!

Walk & Talk Consultation
A consultation is the foundation of any staging plan. Your consultation will include a comprehensive plan, unique to the home, which will allow the homeowner to complete the work. I do provide additional services if they would like help along the way.
Starts at $200 for up to 2 Hours + Punch List
(Homes over 3,000 sq ft can require additional time.)
Occupied Home Staging
Once you've completed a pre-pack and the action items from the consultation I can come into your home to make modifications to prepare it for photos & listing. I focus on areas that will impact buyers the most in order to generate more interest & offers.
